Eggs, Acrobats, Sea Lions, and other Assorted Photos of Interest

It's All Happening at the Zoo....we went to the Central Park Zoo last weekend. Unfortunately, my camera battery died so the only photo I got was this great sea lion pic, which surely would have been the photo of the day in any case. How cute is this guy, and what a way to get through the heat wave!

This photo of Cody was sent on a google e mail to me. I wasn't exactly sure why, but I thought it was such a great pic I wanted to post it.

He flies through the air with the greatest of ease...I was walking in Hudson River Park and there was a demonstration going on for the New York Trapeze group. These guys were pretty good overall, but be advised...don't do this at home!

OK, I usually don't go around taking photos of my breakfast, but this was really delicious and hey, I had the camera. This dish is from Kitchenette at 156 Chambers Street in Manhattan. I just happened to wander in after doing errands and was really craving eggs for some reason. Anyway, was this the right place! This dish is the St. John, two eggs (very fluffy), grilled tomato, spinach. swiss cheese mornay sauce (very decadent but surprisingly light, I liked it better then Hollandaise), all on top of English muffin. Why didn't I think of that?
